Earlier this year, we were invited to support a large-scale internal event for one of America’s most enduring brands. While the brand itself — Jostens — is known for commemorating life’s biggest milestones, our mission was to help them create one of their own.

From concept to completion, the AFPC team was at the heart of every moment.

We delivered a fully integrated production solution that included:

  • Three LED walls that served as the canvas for keynote presentations, live video feeds, and real-time I-MAG, becoming a powerful centerpiece for the room.
  • A premium audio system engineered to adapt to the acoustics of a dynamic, high-capacity venue, delivering pristine clarity for every voice, video, and musical cue.
  • Immersive lighting design tailored to match the energy and intent of each session — whether high-energy launches or intimate breakout discussions.
  • Multi-room projection systems, ensuring consistent and compelling content delivery across auxiliary spaces and concurrent sessions.
  • Complete staging and rigging, designed to elevate visual impact while meeting the highest standards of safety and versatility.

At the core of it all was our production team — over 20 skilled professionals including show callers, engineers, camera ops, breakout leads, and tech support staff. Each person brought more than expertise — they brought ownership. From load-in to load-out, this team didn’t just meet expectations. They set the tone for what excellence should look like.
