AFPC was born in 2012, after years of freelance tech direction and project management where we witnessed a real void. The events and broadcast community needed a one-stop technical and project management resource that could provide everything under one roof, centered around world class equipment packages designed to set up and tear down with incredible speed.
It began with Adam Faldetta, his father’s garage and one microphone cable. His vision of being a consultant to AV companies developing efficient processes morphed into buying equipment and becoming a rental house – specializing in building packages and systems – doing the things that other companies had refused to do when Adam suggested them for efficiency and overall project cost reduction. Implementing his own ideas in his new company, Adam soon realized that “pain points” could become selling points to clients – when you relieve the pain.
The concept is simple. Always keep your focus on the CLIENT and what’s best for them.
Clients trust a product when its built around their needs and delivering the greatest impact for their budget. Take care of the process. It always comes back in spades because the client is happy when the process and the crew are equally solid.
